今年2月,桂林市蔬菜全面放开后。蔬菜市场出现购销两旺的好势头。每天上市量高时达14万多斤,低时也有12万多斤;品种不断增加,适应了群众的需要;质量有所提高,可食率比以前高20~30%;价格随行就市,有高有低,稳中有降。国营蔬菜公司的收购平均价,1月份每担11元,2月份每担9.2元,3月份每担11元,进入5月旺季,蔬菜价格下降幅度较大,莴苣笋每斤2到3分钱。1至4月份,蔬菜补贴亏损比去年同期减少一倍,菜农收入提高20—40%,消费者能吃到鲜嫩的蔬菜。蔬菜放开后,桂林市主要是抓了两条:
