本文通过比较分析中国、美国、日本三国猪肉价格波动的特点和生猪饲养模式,探讨饲养规模化程度不同对猪肉价格波动的影响。研究发现,规模化养殖程度显著影响波动幅度,当前较小的专业化生产规模是导致中国猪肉价格波动幅度远大于美国和日本的重要原因之一。政府应鼓励和扶持生猪养殖规模,发挥规模化养殖企业在稳定猪肉价格上的作用。
By comparing the characteristics of pork price fluctuation in China, the United States and Japan and the mode of hog feeding, this paper discusses the effect of different scale of feeding on pork price fluctuation. The study found that the extent of large-scale farming significantly affect the volatility, the current smaller scale of specialized production is the lead to fluctuations in China’s pork prices far greater than the United States and Japan, one of the important reasons. The government should encourage and support the scale of pig farming and play the role of large-scale breeding enterprises in stabilizing pork prices.
