文章对姜堰区农村卫生人力资源现状开展分析,认为卫生人力资源存在的主要问题是总量不足、结构失衡和作用发挥不理想。主要通过不断建立和完善卫生人力资源的政策保障、人力引进、人才培养、人才激励、环境支持、人才使用、人才流动等七个方面的管理机制,逐步解决和缓解卫生人力资源发展瓶颈问题,取得较好成效,同时对卫生人力资源开发展开思考并提出建议。
The article analyzes the present situation of rural human resources in Jiangyan district, and thinks that the main problems existing in human resources for health are gross deficiency, structural imbalance and ineffective play. We will gradually solve and mitigate the bottleneck problem in the development of human resources for health by continuously establishing and improving the management mechanism of human resources, including policy support, human resources introduction, personnel training, personnel incentives, environmental support, talent use and mobility. Better results, at the same time to think about the development of human resources for health and make recommendations.
