在学校管理工作中,教学档案管理是其中的重要组成部分,这也是学校工作运动轨迹的总记录。一套齐全的教学档案,对总结工作经验、探索办学规律、开展教研、实行目标管理起着重要作用。为了提高管理水平,我校从1985年开始整理教学档案资料,并建立了教学档案室。经过二年来的努力,教学档案室已初具规模,并在提高学校管理水平方面发挥着日益显著的作用。去年河东区教育局在我校召开教学档案管理工作现场会,获好评。一、建立教学档案的原则和内容建立教学档案的原则:整体化原则——学校各个层次、各项工作和各个环节之间是相互联系、制约的。在教学档案工作管理方面,必须把它看成是一个整体,在编排教学档案资料时要有一个总体设
In the school management work, the teaching file management is an important part of it, which is also the total record of the school work track.
