实验研究了航空煤油RP-3在不同流动方式下的结焦分布情况.实验中采用恒定热流的方式将流经单通道不锈钢管中的溶解氧饱和的航空煤油由127℃加热到427℃,系统压力5 MPa,质量通量780 kg/(m2.s),并利用“称质法”获得煤油结焦数据.实验结果表明,不同流动方式下,结焦速率随着温度升高先增大后减小,存在峰值区域;虽然结焦速率峰值点出现对应的外壁温不同,但是结焦速率分布曲线相似,呈现单波峰形态;结焦总量大体相当;重力的影响体现在结交峰值位置的偏移上.
The coking distribution of aviation kerosene (RP-3) under different flow regimes was experimentally studied.A constant heat flux was used to heat aviation kerosene saturated with dissolved oxygen in a single-pass stainless steel tube from 127 ℃ to 427 ℃. The system pressure 5 MPa and mass flux of 780 kg / (m2.s) respectively, and kerosene coking data were obtained by using the “quality method.” The experimental results show that the coking rate first increases and then decreases with the increase of temperature under different flow modes, Although the corresponding outer wall temperature is different at the peak point of coking rate, the distribution curves of coking rate are similar, showing a single peak shape; the total amount of coking is roughly the same; and the influence of gravity is reflected in the shift of the peak position of the junction.
