研究结果表明,烟草光呼吸速率(Pr)存在显著的品种间差异,Pr属微效多基因控制的数量性状,核基因起主要作用,细胞质基因也有一定影响,Pr的遗传不符合加性——显性模型,F_1代P_r与亲本P_r的差异显著。具明显的杂种优势,其平均优势指数为106.46%,平均超高亲优势率为4.64%。Pr的广义遗传力为41.84~68.93%,狭义遗传力为10.96~34.56%,F_2代Pr的表现型变异系数为22.31~28.79%,遗传型变异系数为17.61~23.94%,绝对遗传进度为1.36~2.66mgCO_2/dm~2·h,相对遗传进度为16.51~40.94%(K=2.06)。
The results showed that there were significant differences among the cultivars in terms of photosynthetic rate (Pr). Pr was a quantitative trait controlled by micro-multi-gene. The nuclear genes played a major role, and the cytoplasmic genes also had some effects. The inheritance of Pr did not accord with additive- The dominant model, F_1 generation P_r and parent P_r significant difference. With obvious heterosis, the average advantage index was 106.46%, the average rate of super-high pro-dominant was 4.64%. The general heritability of Pr ranged from 41.84% to 68.93% with the heritability of 10.96% to 34.56% in narrow sense. The coefficient of variation of Pr was 22.31% ~ 28.79% in F2 progenies, the genetic coefficient of variation was 17.61% ~ 23.94%, and the absolute genetic progress was 1.36 ~ 2.66mgCO_2 / dm ~ 2 · h, the relative genetic progress was 16.51 ~ 40.94% (K = 2.06).
