2010年1月13日5时许,海地发生地震,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失,党中央、国务院立即作出重要指示,派中国国际救援队到海地进行人道救援。1月27日,武警总医院赴海地中国国际救援医疗队圆满完成了海地地震灾区救援任务返回祖国。这是中国国际救援队成立九年来,飞行时间最长、机动距离最远、救援要求最高、救援形势最严峻、灾民伤情最重、协调沟通最难的一次国际救援任务。在十多天的时间里,中国国际救援队开展了大量的搜寻遇难者、巡诊、心理疏导服务和卫生防疫工作,救治重伤员两千五百余名。中国国际救援医疗队凭借过硬的作风、精湛的技术、先进的理念和出色的工作,有力地配合了我国整体对外援助行动。这次海地救援任务中,除了亲赴海地一线的中国国际救援队队员外,还有一位幕后英雄,他就是中国国际救援队首席医疗官、武警总医院院长郑静晨。
At 13:00 on January 13, 2010, an earthquake struck in Haiti, causing heavy casualties and property losses. The Central Party Committee and the State Council immediately made an important directive and sent the China International Rescue Team to Haiti for humanitarian assistance. On January 27, the Armed Police General Hospital went to Haiti, China International Rescue Medical Team successfully completed the rescue mission to the motherland in the earthquake-stricken area of Haiti. In more than 10 days, China International Rescue Team carried out a large number of search victims, patrolling, psychological counseling services and health and epidemic prevention work, saving and wounded more than 2,500 seriously injured. With its excellent style, superb technology, advanced concepts and outstanding work, China International Rescue Medical Team has effectively coordinated with the overall foreign aid operation in our country.
