DEA模型适用于具有多投入、多产出的决策单元相对效率评价。本文以Z供电局为例,以其24家供电分局2006-2015年面板数据为样本,通过采用DEA中BCC模型对每年的截面数据投入产出效率进行评价和排名,结果表明:各供电分局规模效应较为明显,平均效率水平较高;采用Malmquist生产力指数法,对样本期间的投入产出效率进行了整体评价,结果表明:应注重技术效率对供电分局的影响。
The DEA model is suitable for evaluating the relative efficiency of decision-making units with multiple inputs and multiple outputs. In this paper, Z Power Supply Bureau is taken as an example, panel data of 24 power supply substations from 2006 to 2015 are used as a sample to evaluate and rank the input-output efficiency of each section by using the DEA BCC model. The results show that: The effect is more obvious and the average efficiency is higher. The Malmquist productivity index method is used to evaluate the input-output efficiency during the sample period. The results show that the technical efficiency should pay attention to the impact of the power supply branch.
