一、410电动机在京通线运用的可靠性现状赤峰内燃机务段担当京通线隆化至通辽间576km的客货运牵引任务。该这段地理环境恶劣,东部线(赤峰——通辽)是地势平坦的沙漠区段,西部线是坡道大、曲线多、隧道多的丘陵区段。牵引定数从3000t增到3500t,给东风_4型内燃机车的牵引电动机带来了许多问题,使故障率逐年增加。表1为赤峰内燃机务段1981年以来对410牵引电动机的故障统计情况,在一定程度上反映了牵引电动机的可靠性状况。
