目的探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法在手工器械清洗效果评价中应用的可行性及能反映清洗合格的ATP相对吸光值。方法采用ATP生物荧光法与目测、细菌培养计数法比较,检查手工清洗后器械的清洁度,并用百分位数法计算ATP生物荧光仪的测量相对光单位(RLU)值95%正常值上限。结果目测、细菌培养合格率均为100%,ATP生物荧光仪测量的RLU值与上述两项结果不成线性关系,RLU值95%正常值上限为64.53。结论ATP生物荧光法可快速评价手工清洗后器械的清洁度,并能在实际工作中及时纠正不彻底的清洁程序。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biofluorescence assay in the evaluation of cleaning effects of hand instruments and the relative absorbance of ATP which can reflect the cleaning performance. Methods The cleanliness of the instrument after manual cleaning was checked by ATP biofluorescence method compared with the visual and bacterial culture counting method. The upper limit of 95% of the relative light unit (RLU) value of the ATP biofluorometer was calculated by the percentile method. The results showed that the pass rate of bacterial culture was 100%. The RLU value measured by ATP biofluorometer was not linear with the above two results. The upper limit of 95% normal value of RLU was 64.53. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence method can quickly evaluate the cleanliness of hand-cleaned instruments, and can promptly correct the incomplete cleaning procedures in practical work.
