混凝土冻融损伤程度由表及里呈现逐渐递减规律,而现有检测方法主要测试混凝土试样力学特性(强度、弹性模量等)的平均值,难以表征混凝土冻融损伤的特征。基于混凝土表面硬度与混凝土强度存在一定的相关关系,提出采用里氏硬度计测试混凝土芯样沿高度不同范围内的硬度值,根据硬度值的变化规律分析混凝土冻融损伤程度及范围,较以往方法更能反映冻融损伤的基本特征,可同时解决冻融损伤程度、冻融损伤范围及冻融损伤速度的检测。通过实验室快速冻融试验和某实际工程应用,表明本文所提方法是切实可行的。
The degree of freeze-thaw damage of concrete shows a gradual decreasing rule from the table, while the existing test methods mainly test the average of the mechanical properties (strength, elastic modulus, etc.) of the concrete samples, which makes it difficult to characterize the freeze-thaw damage of the concrete. Based on the correlation between concrete surface hardness and concrete strength, the paper presents a method of using Leeb hardness tester to test the hardness value of concrete core samples along different heights, and analyzes the degree and scope of concrete freeze-thaw damage according to the variation law of hardness value. Can better reflect the basic characteristics of freeze-thaw damage, can simultaneously solve the degree of freeze-thaw damage, the scope of freeze-thaw damage and freeze-thaw damage detection. Through laboratory rapid freezing and thawing test and some practical engineering applications, it shows that the method proposed in this paper is feasible.
