目的:分析某部气虚体质雷达作业人员的精液质量情况,为提高男性生殖健康水平及完善雷达作业防护提供依据。方法:选择某部雷达作业人员127例,分为气虚体质组(观察组)55例、平和体质组(对照组)72例。采集精液标本进行常规分析,比较两组精液质量。结果:两组精液液化时间、pH值、黏稠度等理化特征均未见异常,两组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组精液量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组精液常规参数平均水平未见明显异常,观察组精子密度、精子总数和精子存活率等显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组前向运动精子(A级精子和A+B级精子)百分比均在正常范围,观察组精子总活动率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:气虚体质雷达作业人员易受雷达微波辐射的影响,精液质量相对较差。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the quality of semen of a certain pneumoperitoneum radar operator, and provide the basis for improving male reproductive health level and improving the radar operation protection. Methods: A total of 127 radar operators were selected and divided into 55 cases of Qi deficiency constitution group (observation group) and 72 cases of peace constitution group (control group). Semen samples were collected for routine analysis and the quality of semen was compared between the two groups. Results: There were no abnormalities in liquefaction time, pH value and viscosity of the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The volume of semen in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The average sperm routine parameters of the two groups showed no obvious abnormalities. The sperm density, sperm count and sperm survival rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The percentage of sperm motile sperm (A grade sperm and A + B grade sperm) in the two groups were within the normal range, and the total activity of sperm in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Qi Deficiency body radar workers are vulnerable to microwave radiation and the quality of semen is relatively poor.
