基于Pro/E的三维实体造型功能及以其应用程序接口Pro/TOOLK作为二次开发工具,根据参数化和模块化思想,开发具有可视化界面的阀体件三维铸造工艺CAD系统。同时,依据企业的铸造实例和经验,建立符合设计实际需要,与设计要求相适应的铸造工程数据库系统。整个系统可以快速准确地进行铸造工艺设计,提高设计效率,优化工艺设计,提高工艺出品率。
Based on Pro / E three-dimensional solid modeling function and its application programming interface Pro / TOOLK as a secondary development tool, according to the parameterization and modularization ideas, a three-dimensional casting process CAD system of valve body with visual interface was developed.
