原发性额窦癌尚属罕见,据《鼻科学》介绍,国内仅有2例报告。因原发位置隐蔽,早期症状常不明显,诊断有一定困难,往往误诊。本院遇见1例,X线鼻副窦摄影为慢性额窦炎,入院诊断为左额窦囊肿,手术中发现窦内充满新生物,经病理证实为乳突状鳞状细胞癌,现报告如下。李××,男性,35岁,南昌人,干部,住院号78—6419。主诉:左侧额窦区胀痛不适3个月余,
