本文报告一例42岁女性患者,妊娠4个月时左鼻腔反复、严重出血。以前两次妊娠也有同样病史,产后即愈.检查见左鼻前庭有一1×1cm大小的肿块,有蒂,自左侧鼻中隔前下方长出。手术切除后2周复发,再次住院治疗。分娩后肿块继续增大,产后7周遂于全麻下切除。病理:首次切除材料为疏松水肿之基质内有炎性细胞,解释为肉芽组织。二次切下的标本为2×3cm大小的橡皮样肿块,棕褐色,蒂长3cm,连于鼻
This article reports the case of a 42-year-old woman with a recurrent and severe hemorrhage of the left nasal cavity at 4 months of pregnancy. In the past two pregnancies also had the same medical history. After delivery, there was a lxlcm-sized mass in the left-nose vestibule. There was a pedicle that grew from the lower left side of the nasal septum. Two weeks after the resection, she relapsed and was hospitalized again. The mass continued to increase after delivery and was removed 7 weeks after delivery under general anesthesia. Pathology: The first resected material was inflammatory cells in the matrix of loose edema, interpreted as granulation tissue. The second cut specimen was a rubber-like mass of 2 x 3 cm in size, tan, and pedicle 3 cm long, attached to the nose
