为参与地方文化活动,加大科学文化单位的合作力度,促进档案信息的交流与开发,蓬莱市档案局近日组织召开了档案信息交流联谊会。会议邀请了市文化馆、图书馆、科技馆、博物馆、城建档案馆等部门的主要领导参加。会上档案馆向各单位赠送了新出版的《蓬莱市档案馆指南》,各自介绍了本单位档案资料的保管及信息开发利用情况,并就“如何在新形势下加强科学文化事业单位互助与合作,为地方经济与两个文明建设服务”为题展开了讨论。本次会议当场达成交流合作项目3个。同时,通过座谈进一步增进了了解,拓宽了档案信息开发的途径,为全面促进我市档案事业的发展开拓了一个新的局面。
