职业教育改革对教师的素质提出了更高的要求。本文拟从教师专业化的认识、教师专业化的内涵、实践活动及专业化发展对教师的要求等诸方面加以论述。
Vocational education reform puts forward higher requirements on the quality of teachers. This article intends to discuss from the aspects of teachers ’professionalization, the connotation of teachers’ specialization, the practice activities and the requirements of teachers for professional development.
