ND_5型机车用7FDL-16型柴油机的平均有效压力和强化程度均属目前国内外内燃机车柴油机中高值之列,活塞所承受的机械负荷和热负荷都相当高,要满足性能、可靠性和寿命几方面要求,活塞设计难度较大。本文分析了7FDL-16型柴油机钢头铝裙组合活塞的设计特点,指出了其成功与不足之处,并与其他机车柴油机活塞的结构参数进行了比较。
