目的探讨鼓岬电刺激测试对人工耳蜗植入术后患者言语康复预测的价值。方法选语前及语后聋患者各2例,测试每秒50、100及200次脉冲率方波的电听觉阈值(μA)、最大舒适水平及间隔辨别力,4例患者均植入Nucleus22导人工耳蜗装置,术前及术后言语康复训练后以半定量方法进行言语可懂度主观评价。结果2例成年人鼓岬刺激阈值在10μA以下,术后言语可懂度有不同程度的改善,一例幼儿术后言语可懂度有提高。结论本研究未发现术后言语可懂度与鼓岬刺激阈值的函数关系,探讨了其可能的原因。
Objective To investigate the value of drumhead electrical stimulation test in prediction of speech rehabilitation after cochlear implantation. Methods Two patients with prelingual deafness and two post-linguistic deafness were enrolled in this study. The threshold of hearing threshold (μA), maximum comfort level and interval discrimination of square wave at 50, 100 and 200 pulses per second were measured. Four patients were implanted with Nucleus22 The cochlear implant device was used to evaluate subjective speech intelligibility by semi-quantitative method after preoperative and postoperative speech rehabilitation training. Results The stimulation threshold of two adult promontories was less than 10μA. The degree of speech intelligibility was improved to some extent after operation, and the speech intelligibility of one case was improved after operation. Conclusions This study did not find a functional relationship between postoperative speech intelligibility and drumhead stimulation threshold and probed into its possible causes.
