建材非金属矿山技术经济学术交流会在北京召开。出席会议的有七十个单位,共八十多名代表。这是建国以来我国非金属矿山第一次学术盛会。与代表对当前矿山技术经济工作中的重大问题专门进行讨论,如:可行性研究在矿山如何应用;在现有基本建设程序中可行性研究工作应放在那个阶段进行;技术经济评价指标的确定;资源开发综合利用的经济评价等问题。此外,大家还议论了现有经济政策和管理体制方面的问题。
The non-metallic mining technology and academic exchange meeting for building materials was held in Beijing. At the meeting, there were 70 units and a total of more than 80 representatives. This is the first academic non-metallic mine in China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Discuss with representatives the major issues in the current technical and economical work of the mine, such as: how the feasibility study is applied in the mine; the feasibility study in the existing basic construction procedures should be carried out at that stage; the determination of technical and economic evaluation indicators ; Economic development and comprehensive evaluation of resource development and other issues. In addition, we also discussed issues related to the existing economic policies and management systems.
