提出了一种采用饱和电感拓宽零电压软开关范围的新型电路拓扑,论述为其设计的模糊—峰值双闭环恒流控制模式的工作原理,并成功地将它和移相控制软开关技术相融合,成功研制的新型软开关弧焊逆变器动态响应速度快,静态设置精度高,实现了全范围软开关。
A new type of circuit topology is proposed to widen the range of zero-voltage soft-switching using saturated inductors. The working principle of the fuzzy-to-peak double closed-loop constant current control mode is discussed and the phase shift control soft-switching technique is successfully combined The successful development of the new soft-switching arc inverter dynamic response speed, high static setting accuracy, to achieve a full range of soft-switching.
