目的通过对淄博市某中学的视力低下情况进行动态分析,提出有针对性的干预防控建议,为政府部门做科学参考。方法利用2009-2014年淄博市中小学生健康体检数据,对淄博市某中学近6年的学生视力低下情况进行分析。结果淄博市某中学2009年-2014年视力低下检出率平均为83.22%,其中,男生78.30%,女生88.25%,女生显著高于男生(P<0.001);2010年视力低下检出率最高,每年女生均显著高于男生(P<0.001);不同年级段比较,轻度视力低下和中度视力低下检出率初中明显高出高中,重度视力低下检出率表现为高中明显高于初中,且均是2014年差别最大;初一至初二的视力低下检出率上升最快,之后呈平稳发展态势。结论中学生视力低下水平较高,重点防控人群为初中一、二年级。各相关部门应积极做好中学生视力低下的防控工作,减小中学生视力低下发展速度,有效降低中学生视力低下患病率。
Objective By analyzing the situation of poor eyesight in a middle school in Zibo City, this paper puts forward some suggestions on prevention and control of interventions and makes scientific reference for government departments. Methods The data of health examination of primary and secondary school students in Zibo City from 2009 to 2014 were used to analyze the low vision of students in a middle school in Zibo City for nearly six years. Results The detection rate of amblyopia in a middle school in Zibo from 2009 to 2014 was 83.22% on average, of which 78.30% were boys and 88.25% were girls, and girls were significantly higher than boys (P <0.001). The detection rate of vision loss was the highest in 2010, (P0.001). The detection rate of mild low vision and moderate vision loss in junior high school was significantly higher than that of high school in each grade. The detection rate of severe low vision was significantly higher than that of junior high school, And were the most significant differences in 2014; the first to the first two eyes the detection rate of vision loss rose fastest, then showed a steady development trend. Conclusions High school students have a high level of visual acuity. The key prevention and control groups are the first and second grade of junior high school. All relevant departments should actively prevent and control low vision of secondary school students, reduce the development speed of low vision of middle school students and effectively reduce the prevalence of low vision in secondary school students.
