受陈桂云老师《踢绣球》一文的启发。我也亲自动手学制了红、黄、草绿、红白相间等五颜六色的绣球六十个。提高了教学效果。试举几例,供同行参考。 一、在体育教学进行到自由组合练习进,教师可线系五颜六色的绣球,要求学生手握线的另一端进行前后摇、左右摇、摇“8”字、两手握住头上摇。 在室内、外做倒绣球游戏时,教师让学生一手持两个草绿色的绣球,看谁先达到规定的次数;还可以进行一手持草绿色,另一手持红、黄两个绣球进行双手倒三个不同颜色
