钢结硬质合金是以TiC、WC等碳化物为硬质相,以钢为粘结相,通过粉末冶金的方法制成的。有时用户也常对它锻造改型。众所周知,锻造可以改善钢的各项性能,然而对钢结硬质合金的强韧性影响如何尚有争议。有些认为锻造破坏了烧结过程中硬质相与粘结相间业已形成的晶态结合,不利于强韧性的提高,而另一些则认为锻造对提高常规机械性能是卓有成效的。本文就此问题全面地观测了钢结硬质合金的各项机械性能。
Carbide cemented carbide is TiC, WC and other carbide as the hard phase, steel as the binder phase, made by the method of powder metallurgy. Sometimes it is often forged by users. As we all know, forging can improve the performance of the steel, however, the toughness of the cemented carbide is still controversial. Some believe that forging destroys the crystalline phase that has formed between the hard phase and the bond phase during sintering, which is not conducive to increased toughness, while others consider forging to be effective in enhancing conventional mechanical properties. This paper comprehensively observed the mechanical properties of steel bonded carbide.
