针对经济型酒店外包业务进行综合分析,明确当前我国经济型酒店外包业务优化资本结构,降低经营风险,减少运营成本,增强核心竞争力等功效,其次结合市场发展环境,对我国经济型酒店外包中存在的风险进行分析,最后提出制定明确的经济型酒店外包业务条件;科学合理地选择外包专业公司以及制定完善的外包合同,明确双方责任和权利等我国经济型酒店外包业务的管理方式。
Aiming at the comprehensive analysis of economic hotel outsourcing business, this paper clarifies the effect of optimizing the capital structure, reducing the operation risk, reducing the operating cost and enhancing the core competitiveness of our current economy hotel outsourcing business. Second, combining the market development environment, Analyzes the risks existing in the hotel and finally puts forward the conditions for making a clear budget hotel outsourcing business; selects the outsourced professional companies scientifically and rationally and formulates the perfect outsourcing contracts, and clarifies the management methods of the outsourcing business of the budget hotels in China, such as the responsibilities and rights of both parties.
