李××,女,4岁,广西人。腹部钝痛伴脐周围出现肿块迅速增大四个多月,1982年9月11日入我院手术治疗。既往史无特殊。检查:营养差,浅表淋巴结未触及。心肺正常。腹部脐周围膨隆,示椭圆形肿物,移动差,听诊无血管杂音,叩诊呈实音,超声波示卵巢实性肿物。剖腹探查,见左侧卵巢为巨大肿物代替,其表面光滑。盆腔内直肠结肠未见病变,周围淋巴结不肿大。但肿物下极与膀胱顶 Li X, female, 4 years old, from Guangxi.
