Cancer is a common disease that currently harms human health and life. At present, the cancer mortality rate generally accounts for about one fourth of the total human mortality. About 3 million people die from cancer each year in the world. In some countries, such as the United Kingdom, the United States, France, and Japan, the cancer mortality rate ranks second in all causes of death, second only to cardiovascular disease. For example, in the United States, more than 200,000 people die of cancer each year, which accounts for 17% of the total deaths, and it increases by 3% every year. Some countries, such as the Czech Republic and Norway, have even surpassed cardiovascular disease to occupy the first place. Mortality increases in some sites are even more pronounced. For example, the mortality rate of lung cancer in the United States has increased 18 times in males and 6 times in females in the past 40 years, with an average increase of nearly ten.
