针对大厚度Q345钢圆管柱卷制前钢板对接的焊接问题,提出CO2气体保护焊打底、清根、埋弧焊填充的组合焊工艺。结果表明,组合焊接的焊缝质量达到GB/T 11345一级标准,提高了接头的抗裂性。
Aiming at the welding problem of butt-jointed steel plate of Q345 steel cylinder with large thickness, a combined welding process of CO2 gas shielded arc welding with backing, root cleaning and submerged arc welding was proposed. The results show that the weld quality of the combination welding reaches the first grade of GB / T 11345, which improves the crack resistance of the joint.
