检测170例原代乳腺癌细胞对常用化疗药物的体外敏感性。发现:①乳腺癌细胞对5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu),丝裂霉素C(MMC),顺铂(DDP)及泰素(taxol)的高度敏感率(HSR)明显高于其它受试药物(P<0.05);②药物敏感性与乳癌的病理分型和临床分期、以及雌激素受体(ER)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达状况无明显关系(P>0.05);③环孢素A(CsA)能提高部分耐药乳腺癌对阿霉素(ADM)的敏感性
The in vitro sensitivity of 170 primary breast cancer cells to commonly used chemotherapy drugs was examined. Findings: (1) The high sensitivity rate (HSR) of breast cancer cells to 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu), mitomycin C (MMC), cisplatin (DDP) and taxol (taxol) was significantly higher than that of other breast cancer cells. Test drug (P<0.05); 2 drug sensitivity and pathological type and clinical stage of breast cancer, and no significant relationship between estrogen receptor (ER) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression status (P>0 .05);3CsA can increase the sensitivity of partially resistant breast cancer to adriamycin (ADM)
