我校地处城郊,不像其他乡下学生上自修,又不像城关学生家长特别重视,还一部分学生处于留守家里和老人住,或者寄读亲戚家里,学生的学习完全靠自己自觉。由于社会环境复杂,学生常受到干扰,因此学困生往往比其它学校多得多,这给数学教师在教育教学上带来很大的难题,因此,给我们数学老师提出严峻考验,要想大面积提高数学成绩,关键是怎样把这部分学困生的成绩提高上来。所以必须了解学困生,认真分析,细心研究他们的特征,采取有效的教学对策,帮助他们提高数学成绩。经过多年教学经验,本人总结出以下一些方法和同行们交流。
