In my opinion, the language is nothing more than a feeling of things, feeling anything easy to handle. Just like when you speak Chinese, you can not think of any formula (like what + noun + declarative order, how + adjectives, etc.), you are just a mouth closed, a word is finished - pure without thinking. Therefore, learning a language, cultivate the sense of language is the most important. My experience tells me that intensive reading is very important for cultivating the sense of language and not much about the learning materials, but it must be thoroughly understood - repeatedly chewing the good materials until “no bones are left.” Is the so-called analogy bypass, English learning is also true.
