使用ProCAST铸造模拟软件对磨煤机双金属辊套外层的卧式离心铸造充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟,获得了锥形结构和圆柱形结构的磨煤机辊套外层金属的充型和凝固过程。对不同工艺条件下圆柱形辊套的充型过程进行了研究,探讨了铸型转速、浇注温度对卧式离心铸造充型及凝固过程的影响。结果表明:不同结构辊套的金属充型和凝固过程有很大的区别。圆柱形辊套的金属熔体以螺旋形充填型腔,而锥形辊套的金属熔体首先充填型腔两端,然后同时向中间推进。提高铸型转速有利于实现金属熔体的连续浇注,缩短充填时间;较高的浇注速度有利于充型过程的逐层充填。
ProCAST casting simulation software was used to simulate the horizontal centrifugal casting process and the solidification process of the outer bimetal roller sleeve of the pulverizer. Increasing the rotational speed of the mold is conducive to the continuous pouring of the metal melt and shortening the filling time; the higher pouring speed is favorable for the filling of the filling layer by layer.
