推土机在正常作业时,各系统和零部件的温度在一定范围内平衡。如果某系统或零部件温度异常,应立即停止作业,进行故障分析和排查。本文以SD7K型静液压传动推土机分动箱异常发热为例,分析发热原因并进行排查。1.故障现象2016年4月,1台SD7K型静液压传动推土机在工地进行推土作业时,操作人员反映其分动箱发热严重,其壳体温度约为90℃。由于分动箱温升异常,操作人员停机报修。
