【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of integrated nursing intervention on non-invasive ventilator in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Methods： Seventy patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity distribution method. 35 cases were respectively. Patients in the observation group received integrated care， and patients in the control group received routine care， comparing the quality of life of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction of the patients with nursing services.
