【Abstract】 Objective： To analyze the effect of neonatal touch nursing intervention on the growth and development of early neonates. Methods： Seventy newborns admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 1919 were enrolled in the hospital. They were grouped according to the order of admission. The newborns in the control group were given routine care， and the nursing care group was treated with nursing intervention. The physical development and mental development of the newborns after the month are the specific basis. Result： According to the study， the physical development of neonates in the nursing group receiving neonatal touch nursing intervention was better than that in the control group after 6 months， the difference was obvious and had statistical value. The mental development of newborns in nursing group was also better than that in control group after 6 months， and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Nursing intervention of neonatal touching has a good effect on the growth and development of early neonates. It can improve the level of intelligence development on the basis of improving the physical development of neonates. Therefore， it should be rationally promoted in clinical practice.

所谓新生儿抚触护理主要是指使用婴儿润肤精油对新生儿的皮肤进行接触，对新生儿的中枢神经系统产生温和的刺激，同时对新生儿的中枢神经系统周围神经系统进行良好的触碰，有研究认为，新生儿抚触护理能促进新生儿智力的发育，并加快成长的速度，对于处在患病期的患儿，新生儿抚触护理还能间接提升治疗效果。据此本文以2017年12月-2019年1月在我院收治的70例新生儿为研究对象，分析新生儿抚触护理干预对早期新生儿生长发育的干预效果。现根据研究内容作出如下报道：
1.1一般资料
以2017年12月-2019年1月在我院收治的70例早期新生儿为研究对象，之后按照入院的具体顺序将其分为对照组与护理组两个组别，在35例对照组早期新生儿中，共有男20例，女15例;在35例护理组早期新生儿中，共有男患儿22例，女患儿13例。对照组新生儿与护理组新生儿的一般資料无统计学差异，因此可以进行对比。
1.2方法
1.2.1对照组：对对照组新生儿进行常规护理，包括监测新生儿生命体征、注意新生儿体温等等。
1.2.2护理组：对护理组新生儿在实施常规护理的基础上实施抚触护理干预。护理人员在实际情况中应严格保持室内的温度与湿度，同时保持室内干净整洁，定期进行消毒。对新生儿进行抚触护理的时间为每天下午3点到4点，抚触时间长度大约在20分钟左右，在对新生儿进行抚触前，护理人员需要先将婴儿润肤精油倒在自己的手上，涂抹均匀后对新生儿的脸部、头部、胸部、腹部、肢体、臀部进行抚触。
从脸部抚触护理的角度来看，护理人员应保证由头部向下的抚触顺序，先用双手将新生儿头部后方托住，在缓慢抬起后以拇指抚触新生儿的眉心，次数在5次左右，之后再使用同样的方法对新生儿的眉骨、下巴进行抚触，在抚触的过程中，护理人员应注意力度的问题，既不可过大也不可过小，否则会对整体的抚触效果产生影响。
在对新生儿头部进行抚触时，护理人员需要先将左手放置于新生儿脑后部位，之后用右手手指对新生儿前额发际线、百会穴进行力度较小的抚触，每个抚触部位次数应保持在5次左右。
在对新生儿胸部进行抚触时，护理人员应将新生儿保持为仰卧位，在新生儿的胸部皮肤露出后，护理人员用双手放在新生儿的肋骨两侧，由下至上的进行缓慢提升、抚触，如果新生儿不存在不适的情况，就应保持5次左右的抚触次数。
在对新生儿腹部进行抚触护理时，应将食指与中指合并，按照新生儿结肠的走形位置由左向右地对新生儿的腹部进行按摩，应保持5次左右的抚触次数。 肢体的抚触的位置集中于新生儿腕部以上皮肤，在对其进行抚触后再继续抚触新生儿踝关节以上的皮肤，应保持5次左右的抚触次数。
1.3观察指标
以6个月后新生儿体格发育情况与智力发育情况为具体依据，分析不同护理方式对早期新生儿生产发育的具体干预效果。

運用SPSS18.0软件对所得数据进行处理，P
