在科技不断发展的当今社会,高职院校要想顺应市场需求培养高素质的技能型人才,就必须重视优化学校内部的人力资源来提高学校整体的教育管理质量。然而就目前来看,由于我国高职院校的人力资源管理观念与时代的发展需求并不相适应,且学校未能针对人力资源的优化制定相应的培训管理体系,导致我国高职院校的人力资源质量一直未能得到有效提升。笔者就我国高职院校人力资源管理中现存的问题进行充分分析,并以此为依据提出相应的应对策略。
In today’s society where science and technology are constantly developing, vocational colleges must pay attention to optimizing the human resources within schools to improve the overall quality of education and management in schools if they want to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel in accordance with market demands. However, at present, due to the fact that the concept of human resource management in higher vocational colleges in China is not compatible with the development needs of the times, and the schools fail to formulate the corresponding training management system for the optimization of human resources, The quality of human resources has not been effectively improved. The author analyzes the existing problems in human resource management in higher vocational colleges in our country and puts forward corresponding coping strategies based on it.
