类癌并不多见,文献报告其发生率为0.08～0.5%.我院外科于1974年10月～1982年3月间共收治14例,现报告如下.14例中,男12例,女2例;年龄24～70岁.其中例1～7及例12无任何症状,在体检或普查时发现。例8有大便带血,钡剂灌肠及纤维肠镜检查发现结、直肠多发性息肉。例10有黑粪及中上腹 Carcinoid tumors are rare, and their incidence in the literature is reported to be 0.08-0.5%. Our hospital surgery was performed in 14 cases from October 1974 to March 1982. The current report is as follows. 14 cases, 12 males and females Two cases; ages 24 to 70 years. Cases 1 to 7 and 12 had no symptoms and were found during a physical examination or census.
