目的:研究泽泻特征图谱保留时间在不同实验室之间的重现性。方法:采用已建立的泽泻高效液相色谱特征图谱条件在不同仪器及不同色谱柱上测定极性不同的化合物,以它们在不同色谱仪(或柱)上的保留时间进行线性回归,并用得到的线性方程对泽泻特征图谱中峰面积大于总峰面积4%的色谱峰的保留时间进行校正。结果:通过校正使保留时间的最大绝对误差由12.719 m in减小为0.161 m in。结论:采用该方法可以校正不同实验室间特征图谱保留时间的漂移,提高特征图谱的重现性。
Objective: To study the reproducibility of the retention time of Alisma orientalis in different laboratories. Methods: The compounds with different polarities were determined on different instruments and on different chromatographic columns by using established profiles of Alisma orientalis, and their linear regression was performed on the retention times of different chromatographs (or columns) The linear equation was used to correct the retention time of peaks in Alismata pattern with a peak area greater than 4% of the total peak area. Result: The maximum absolute error of the retention time was reduced from 12.719 m in to 0.161 m in by calibration. Conclusion: This method can be used to correct the drift of retention time between different laboratories and to improve the reproducibility of the signature.
