对几种粒度分布宽窄不同、平均粒径近似的粗粒石英砂,以及几种粒度分布较宽的其它粗粒子,在两维床中做了实验研究。本文认为,两相理论对粗大粒子流化床不适用,过余气体不是全部以气泡形式通过床层,文中提出了气泡当量直径沿床高随过余气体流速变化的定量关系式: D_e=(1.11(u—u_(mf))~(2/3))/g~(1/3(h+2.89W_(co))~(2/3)此式与现有的两组数据——本次实验的数据和前人所得的数据,符合都很好。此外,着重讨论了粒度分布对粗粒子流化特性的影响。
For several kinds of coarse-grained quartz sand with different particle size distribution and average particle size, and several other coarse particles with wide particle size distribution, experiments were carried out in two-dimensional bed. In this paper, it is considered that the two-phase theory is not suitable for the coarse particle fluidized bed, and the excess gas does not all pass through the bed as bubbles. The quantitative relation between the bubble equivalent diameter and the excess gas velocity along the bed height is proposed in this paper: D_e = 1.11 (u-u_ (mf)) ~ (2/3)) / g ~ (1/3 (h + 2.89W_ (co)) ~ (2/3) This formula and the existing two sets of data - The data of the experiment and the data obtained by the predecessors are in good agreement with each other.In addition, the effect of particle size distribution on the fluidization characteristics of coarse particles is also discussed.
