世界经济复苏依然乏力,全球贸易增长面临减速风险。2016年全球贸易形势并未明显改善,全球货物贸易量同比增速仅为1.2%,与2016年4月WTO预测的2.8%的全年增速还有较大差距。未来一个时期,全球贸易增长的减速风险仍将是经济复苏的掣肘,鉴于2016年的低增长率,预计2017年全球贸易增速将在2.5%左右。全球贸易提振需要有切实的贸易增长战略和有效的经贸治理方案。2016年G20杭州峰会通过的《G20全球贸易增长战略》为促进全球贸易和经济可持续发展指明了方向。此次峰会提出构建创新、活力、联动和包容的世界经济,以此鼓励G20成员积极参与国际经贸治理,为提升全球经贸发展活力贡献力量。
The world economic recovery is still sluggish, and the growth of global trade faces the risk of decelerating. The global trade situation did not improve significantly in 2016. The global trade volume grew by only 1.2% on a year-on-year basis, which is still far behind the annual growth rate of 2.8% predicted by the WTO in April 2016. In the coming period, the risk of a slowdown in global trade growth will remain a constraint for economic recovery. Given the low growth rate in 2016, the global trade growth in 2017 is expected to be around 2.5%. Global trade boosts need for effective trade growth strategies and effective economic and trade governance programs. The “G20 Global Trade Growth Strategy” adopted at the 2016 G20 Hangzhou Summit has pointed out the direction for promoting global trade and sustainable economic development. The summit proposed building an innovative, dynamic, interactive and inclusive world economy so as to encourage G20 members to actively participate in international economic and trade governance and make contributions to enhancing the vitality of global economic and trade development.
