6月14日,普华永道公布的《全球娱乐及媒体行业展望》显示,中国娱乐及媒体行业规模位居全球第四,排在美国、日本和德国之后,因增速迅猛,今年会超过德国。普华永道中国娱乐及媒体行业主管合伙人唐徽表示,随着数字体验需求的上升并成为趋势,数字消费开始迈入黄金时代。该报告显示,中国大陆的娱乐及媒体行业收入2010年取得13.9%的增长,总规模达855亿美元,成为全球第四大(美国是4431亿美元,日本1740亿美元,德国873亿美元)。
