前言我厂30万吨合成氨工程冷却塔设计时,由于缺乏资料,原设计采用的是φ8M风机横流塔。钢筋混凝土结构,选用国产75×35×30°P·V·C薄膜式填料。实际运行后冷却效率仅达0.623,与原设计要求的0.75差距甚大。对此,从82年起通过调查研究拟对塔进行改造,84年改造两座单塔,85年获得初步数据,86年又改造了四座塔,改造后效果很好。单塔风量提高50%以上,单位千瓦电耗产风量提高40%,单塔出水温度降低2℃,
Foreword When designing the cooling tower of the 300,000-ton synthetic ammonia project of our factory, due to the lack of data, the original design adopted the φ8M fan cross flow tower. For reinforced concrete structures, domestically produced 75×35×30°P·V·C film fillers were selected. After the actual operation, the cooling efficiency only reached 0.623, which is far from the 0.75 of the original design requirement. In this regard, from 82 years onwards, the tower was reconstructed through investigation and research. Two single towers were rebuilt in 84 years. Initial data were obtained in 85 years. In the year 86, four towers were reconstructed.
