我国传统小式木结构房屋,普遍存在结构老旧、木构件材质老化、槽朽、开裂、有节疤或下垂较大等问题。也有些结构简陋、构件细小,不符合设计要求。由于上述结构缺陷的存在,往往引起檩条折断、房屋塌顶,造成人民生命财产的损失。为了保证房屋的使用安全,可通过加固适当提高木檩承载能力,以弥补上述结构缺陷。加固方法一般可分为两类。一类是补强加固,通过加固恢复结构的承载力,保证在相当长的时间内
