目的对惠州市精神科护士工作压力来源与工作满意度进行调查,并研究二者的相关性。方法采用整群随机抽样方法于2015年5月~2016年5月选择185名惠州市第二人民医院、惠州市复员退伍军人医院及广东省第三荣军医院精神科注册女性护士作为对象进行调查研究。采用护士工作压力源量表、明尼苏达满意问卷(MSQ)对护士的工作压力和工作满意度进行调查,并对工作压力和和工作满意度的相关性进行了统计分析。采用SPSS15.0统计学软件。结果精神科护士工作压力大小依次排序及得分为:工作量及时间分配(2.63±0.45)分、患者护理(2.47±0.36)分、工作环境及资源(2.33±0.28)分、护理专业及工作(2.28±0.24)分、管理及人际关系(2.25±0.57)分,与精神科护士工作总体满意度[评分为(58.2±4.4)分]相关性分析结果显示,工作压力源与工作总体满意度呈明显负相关(r=-0.501、-0.475、-0.428、-0.344、-0.287,P均<0.01)。结论对于精神科护士,其工作压力明显影响了其工作满意度。医院管理人员应采取措施减轻护士的工作压力,以提高其工作满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the sources of stress and job satisfaction of psychiatric nurses in Huizhou City and to study the correlation between the two. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016, a total of 185 randomized female volunteers from Huizhou Second People’s Hospital, Huazhou Demobilized Veterans Hospital and the Third Invalides Hospital of Guangdong Province were enrolled in the study. . The nurses’ working pressure source scale and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) were used to investigate the working pressure and job satisfaction of nurses. The correlation between job stress and job satisfaction was statistically analyzed. Using SPSS15.0 statistical software. Results The stress scores of psychiatric nurses ranked in order of work load and time (2.63 ± 0.45), patient care (2.47 ± 0.36), work environment and resources (2.33 ± 0.28), nursing specialty and work 2.28 ± 0.24) points, management and interpersonal relationship (2.25 ± 0.57), and overall satisfaction with the work of psychiatric nurses [score (58.2 ± 4.4) points]. The correlation analysis showed that the work stressors and overall job satisfaction were (R = -0.501, -0.475, -0.428, -0.344, -0.287, P <0.01). Conclusion For psychiatric nurses, their job stress significantly affected their job satisfaction. Hospital managers should take measures to reduce the pressure on nurses to improve their job satisfaction and improve the quality of care.
