利用小岛法(SlitIslandMethod)对两种材料的冲击断口进行分形研究,研究表明,两种材料的冲击韧性与分形维数都有正的线性关系。根据示波冲击可将材料的冲击韧性分为裂纹萌生比功和裂纹扩展比功,在韧脆性转变温度区间,裂纹萌生比功变化不大,随试验温度的降低,ak值的降低主要受裂纹扩展比功ap所控制。试验表明,ap与分形维数D也有线性关系,这说明断口的分形维数可以作为裂纹扩展的真实反映之一。
Fractal studies of the impact fracture of the two materials were conducted using the Slit Island Method, and the results show that the impact toughness of the two materials has a positive linear relationship with the fractal dimension.
