本文对莆田进境原木检疫除害处理区的操作控制系统进行了介绍,该系统由中国检验检疫科学研究院设计,包括投药子系统、气体循环子系统、检测子系统、尾气排放子系统、检疫监管与信息管理软件。具有熏蒸方案辅助设定功能,可实现投药、气体循环、浓度检测、气体回收与排放等熏蒸过程的自动化控制。目前该系统已在莆田、太仓两个进境木材检疫除害处理区应用。
This paper introduces the operation control system of Putian’s entry quarantine and disinfection zone, which is designed by China Inspection and Quarantine Science Institute, including the dosing subsystem, gas circulation subsystem, detection subsystem, exhaust emission subsystem, quarantine Regulatory and information management software. A fumigation program with the auxiliary setting function, can realize the dosing, gas circulation, concentration detection, gas recovery and emission fumigation process automation control. At present, the system has been in Putian, Taicang, two imported quarantine and wood handling area application.
