课改实施了这么多年,普通老师都能明白,课堂上不能总是牵着学生的鼻子走,得让学生有自由施展的空间。课堂教学不再是教师按照预设的教学方案机械、僵化地传授知识的线性过程,而应是根据学生的实际情况,不断调整,动态发展的过程。最近听了两节课,我对教师的导入部分记忆非常深刻。 Curriculum reform has been implemented for so many years, ordinary teachers can understand that the classroom can not always hold the students’ nose to go, so that students have the freedom to display their space. Classroom teaching is no longer a linear process of imparting knowledge to teachers mechanically and rigidly according to preset instructional programs, but should be a process of constant adjustment and dynamic development based on the actual conditions of students.
