今年以来,烟台市物资工作出现了“五升一降”的可喜局面。1—9月份,物资购进额完成36.6亿元,比去年同期增长32.8％;物资销售额达39·7亿元,增长31·2％;实现利润5152万元,增长17.6％;上交利税4408万元,增长7.7％;钢材、木材、煤炭等主要物资的实物销售量均有较大增长,增幅最高达32％;费用水平3.50％,下降1％。这些成绩的取得,诀窍在哪里?关键是认真贯彻全国全省物资工作会议精神,以“十靠”措施为启动力,务实、开拓、实干,调动全系统干部职工的智慧和积极性,促进了各项工作的发展。
