Female patient, 25 years old. Hoarseness 3 months, 1-month breathing difficulties in November 9, 1997 admission. Check: hoarseness, difficulty breathing, neck mass and enlarged lymph nodes not touched. X-ray showed: posterior left throat room with 3cmX4cm density increased shadow to the right front prominent, narrowing of the airway to the right before the shift: the rest without exception.
