1病例报告病例1,患者男,73岁。因“发现右颌下肿物1年余,进行性增大3个月”于2012-04-27入我院。患者1年余前无明显诱因自行触及右侧颌下肿物,直径约0.5cm,质软,无压痛,未予治疗。3个月前肿物较前明显增大,约2cm×1cm,质韧,压痛,左侧腹股沟区也出现一类似肿物,未予治疗。后右颌下及左腹股沟肿物逐渐增大至4cm×1cm大小,左右锁骨上可触及若干直径约0.5cm肿物,伴夜间盗汗,遂来我院就诊。
1 Case Report Case 1, male patient, 73 years old. Because “found the right mandibular tumor more than 1 year, progressive increase 3 months ” in 2012-04-27 into our hospital. Patient 1 years ago, no obvious incentive to touch the right submandibular mass, diameter of about 0.5cm, soft, no tenderness, no treatment. 3 months ago significantly increased the tumor, about 2cm × 1cm, quality toughness, tenderness, left groin area also appeared a similar tumor, untreated. After the right mandibular and left groin mass gradually increased to 4cm × 1cm size, left and right clavicle can reach a number of about 0.5cm diameter tumor, with night sweats, then came to our hospital.
